Product Description

      Traditional toughening plastic is the resin materials that mix with elastic materials, such as thermoplastic elastomers and rubber, the toughening effect is very significant. However, this method can improve the toughness of the composites, which leads to a great decrease of the strength, rigidity, dimensional stability, heat resistance and processability of the composites. But it is also a kind of modification method.

      Using rigid materials to toughen plastic is a brand new modification method that was developed in the late 20th century. Without reducing its tensile strength and rigidity, processing fluidity and heat resistance also have different degrees of improvement but It improves the impact properties of composite materials at the same time,  Is a "perfect method of both" modified method. which is substantial increase in the toughness of composite materials at the same time, the composite of other original fine performance has increased or decreased very small.

      This product is made of polypropylene and ultra-fine inorganic powder in situ composite, dispersion, high-mixing blending modified technology, the twin-screw extrusion granulation made of polypropylene (PP) toughening by just materials. It is especially suitable for the filling and modification of homopolymer PP products, so as to reduce the cost and improve the physical and mechanical properties of the products, and can be used for various injection molded parts, woven bags and other products.

Instructions for use: Additive amount is 10%-40% of main raw material. For film blowing coating processing, additive amount is 15%.The additive amount is 20%-30% for extruded sheet and 20%-40% for injection molding. The additive amount is adjusted according to different formulas.

 

Notice: When the processing is conducted under humid weather, this pp enhanced toughening agent need to be dried for 1-2 hours at 80ºC-100ºC and the water content need to be controlled to be within 0.3%,then we can continue to process and produce products.

 

Storage and transportation: Moisture-proof leak-proof, stored in dry and ventilated environment.
